Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Sin City Rattlers

2027 Sin City Rattlers — Registration & Refund Policy Initial Registration & Roster Offers Initial registration for the 2027 Sin City Rattlers Spring/Summer season is free and does not guarantee roster placement or create a financial obligation. Players selected for a team will receive a separate paid roster Offer through Crossbar. Upon accepting a paid Offer, the family agrees to the associated season fee and the refund terms outlined below. Refund Policy All payments are considered non-refundable; however, requests for refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed. Refund or credit requests will be evaluated by Resolute Athletic Initiative, Inc. based on the circumstances of the request, the timing of the player's withdrawal, and expenses already incurred or committed on behalf of the player. Non-refundable or non-recoverable expenses, including but not limited to tournament entry fees, insurance, ice costs, uniforms or apparel already ordered, payment-processing fees, and other program expenses already incurred or committed, may be deducted from any approved refund or credit. A family may remain responsible for non-recoverable costs already committed on behalf of the player. Requests related to injury, illness, relocation, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances will be considered individually. Any approved refund or credit, including the amount and method of reimbursement, will be determined by Resolute Athletic Initiative, Inc. Canceled, Shortened, Rescheduled, or Modified Events. If a tournament, practice, or other program activity is canceled, shortened, rescheduled, or otherwise modified for reasons outside the control of the Sin City Rattlers or Resolute Athletic Initiative, Inc., any refund or credit provided to families will be based on funds actually recovered by the organization after applicable non-refundable or committed expenses. Resolute Athletic Initiative, Inc. cannot guarantee reimbursement for amounts that are not returned by tournament operators, facilities, vendors, payment processors, or other third parties. Season Withdrawal & Installment Plans. Choosing an installment payment plan does not create separate monthly participation purchases. A player's withdrawal from the program does not automatically cancel amounts due under an accepted offer. Any adjustment to an outstanding balance will be considered under this Refund Policy and based on recoverable and non-recoverable program expenses.
